Chocolate made with UK honey, clean, dark, raw, paleo, six 50g bars

   A set of six 50g bars. Perfect for people on clean eating and paleo diets, or for those wanting to eliminate processed sugary foods from their diets. As with all our chocolate, no white, brown or coconut sugar, no stevia or any other sweeteners go into these bars. Even the cranberries (soaked in honey first) were dried naturally and without adding any preservatives or oils.

   We use only the purest raw honey, usually harvested in the previous summer and only from independent UK beekeepers. We don’t blend honeys from different apiaries, so each batch of chocolate has a unique aroma and flavour. We also make sure that our heating cycles don’t go above 38◦C. This way, all the healing properties of natural honey are preserved.

   All the ingredients are as wholesome as possible. Even the organic cacao that we use is unroasted and unprocessed. Traditional cocoa (spelled with 2 “o”s) is usually heated at high temperature (a process called Dutch roasting). This destroys most of the vitamins and antioxidants. We only use cacao (spelled with 2 “a”s), which is an unroasted, a less processed product of cacao beans.
