Shipping and Returns
We offer free shipping for all orders within UK. Please note that we do not offer a nominated day of delivery and all orders take approximately 3-5 working days to arrive.
If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us by email or letter quoting your name, address and order number, within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We will then advise you of the returns procedure. We will offer a refund or replacement provided the goods are sent back in their original condition, are unused and unopened in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns or issue refunds on any food items that have been used or opened. Upon receipt of your returned goods, we will issue a full refund including the original postage charge of the order within 7 working days, however we will not refund the postage charge for returning any unwanted goods to us. We strongly recommend you use the Signed For service when posting your return to us.
If your goods arrive in a damaged condition or the wrong items have been sent, please contact us by email or letter within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement order to be sent. Please note that if any chocolate bar has arrived and its paper packaging is intact, but the bar is cracked inside, we will not consider it as goods being damaged. The quality of the chocolate inside will not be affected by this.
