A perfect treat for honey lovers. The honey that goes into our chocolate is always raw, unheated, unblended (from a single apiary) and only from Devon beekeepers who look after bees with the respect and care they deserve. This honey chocolate is sweetened only with honey and even the cranberries and nut toppings are free from sugar, sulphites, preservatives or oils. A great choice for people who would like to eliminate processed foods from their diets.
We make sure all our heating cycles stay below 38◦C, to preserve the honey and cacao in their natural raw state and not to destroy any vitamins, enzymes, antioxidants and minerals these two superfoods are known for.
The raw Peruvian Criollo cacao in our bars is famous for its gentle taste and use in luxurious chocolate. The list of its health benefits is just as long as that of raw honey. And we make sure these benefits are not destroyed by excessive cooking.
