This dark chocolate bar is bursting with goodness! The sweet and tender taste comes from our pure local honey and no sugars or sweeteners have been added. Our honey which hasn’t been heated or processed in any way gives it an intense flowery aroma, not to mention the huge list of vitamins, minerals, enzymes and antioxidants. We make sure that none of it is lost during cooking by keeping the temperature below 38◦C. Our honey suppliers are small British independent beekeepers who look after bees in a sustainable way.
The organic raw cacao that we use is just as nutritious as raw honey, making our chocolate a truly guilt free healthy treat.
No artificial ingredients went into this bar. And this includes raisins, which are 100% sundried and do not contain preservatives, oils or added sugar. Wasn’t easy to find a supplier of those!
We are also proud to say that all of the packaging in this bar is recycled and recyclable, this includes the clear film which isn’t plastic, but a wood pulp and is biodegradable.
