The sweetness comes only from British raw honey sourced from independent beekeepers based in Devon. No sugar, sweeteners, preservatives, emulsifiers or anything else unnatural go into these chocolate treats. Even the fruit toppings are made from naturally dried 100% fruit. You name it, we don’t put it in!
When making our chocolate we take great care not to heat the ingredients above 38◦C. This way, all the vitamins, antioxidants, enzymes and minerals that natural honey is famous for are not destroyed. Even our cacao is as raw and unprocessed as it can be and together with honey, they make a truly nutritious healthy treat.
The chocolate is wrapped in clear film which is not plastic, but wood pulp and is biodegradable and compostable. A perfect gift: delicious, healthy, handmade and environmentally friendly!
