This refined sugar free chocolate is as natural as can be. It is made without any white, brown or coconut sugars, no stevia or other sweeteners. It is sweetened with only pure UK honey from independent beekeepers based in Surrey and Berkshire. The honey goes into our chocolate at a very low temperature, preserving its raw unprocessed state. This way, the antioxidants, enzymes, vitamins, friendly bacteria and all the healing properties of natural honey are preserved.
We use only organic raw Criollo cacao instead of cocoa (a product of roasting cacao beans at high temperature). The list of health benefits of raw cacao is as long as that of raw honey. Our heating cycles never go above 38◦C so as not to destroy the goodness.
We don’t put any “nasties” in like glucose/fructose syrups, preservatives, soya, emulsifiers or trans fats. Even the almonds on this bar are free from added sugar, sulphites or oils creating as healthy a treat as possible. You name it, we don’t put it in!
