Our honey is genuinely raw, never heated to more than 38◦C degrees or processed in any way. We mix honey into chocolate mass at a very low temperature, so as not to destroy its antioxidants, enzymes, vitamins and friendly bacteria, preserving all the healing properties that natural honey is known for.
Traditional chocolate is made with cocoa which is a product of roasting cacao beans at high temperature. Unfortunately, the heat destroys the goodness. Therefore, we only use raw cacao, the unroasted version of cacao beans. Its list of health benefits is just as long as that of raw honey. Not to mention it tastes better this way!
So, we have a team of two superfoods creating as healthy a treat as possible.

- Almond powder
- 100% dried fruit (no preservatives, no oils, no sugar added): mango, cranberries
- Lemon juice
- Salt (less than 0.01g)
